You’re Worth Investing In
Maybe you've hit a point where you're ready to be proactive about your health. Maybe your body's been sending you signals you've been too busy to answer. Either way, you're in the right place.
The Crossroads MomentsBirthday. Bloodwork. Or Ready For Better.
It’s not always a crisis or a life change. Sometimes it’s just waking up and deciding you don’t want to ignore what your body’s been telling you. However you got here, FST is a great place to start.
What Fascia Stretch Therapy™ Actually Does For Your Body
Fascia Stretch Therapy™ addresses your body as one connected system, not a list of parts to manage separately. It rebalances the tissue that holds you together and helps your nervous system finally relax. It's not a replacement for your chiropractor, your massage therapist, or your doctor. It's what helps everything else you're already doing hold.
"I have been going to Rachel for Fascia Therapy every month for 2 years and it has been life changing. It has been one the best things to help my lower back and overall stiffness and stress. The stretching has been so good on my core and keeps me in alignment from a job where I spend a lot of time in my car. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone. She is a top notch professional and so knowledgeable about the body with a keen intuition to the needs of her clients."

FST is customized for each client, and everyone's body is different. A good rule of thumb is book your first 3 sessions in the first 3 to 6 weeks. After that, you'll probably be ready to space out your appointments to whatever frequency works best for you. Rachel offers individual sessions, package sessions and monthly memberships for all levels of client needs.

-
No, you do not. FST can have amazing benefits, including improving sleep and increasing endorphins. Even if you have stress in your life, FST is great for down-regulating the nervous system and giving your mind and body a break from all you ask of it every week.
-
Emphatically yes! FST is often the missing link in wellness and fitness routines. Traditionally we focus on cardio and strengthening which are wonderful and essential. But when you don't restore your fascia back to its optimal length, you're setting yourself up for long-term limitations and more susceptibility to injury. Rachel truly believes when the principles or FST are used consistently, especially with self-stretching, our wellness routines are more well rounded and complete.
