Play Longer. Recover Faster. Perform Like You Mean It.
From high school athletes to weekend warriors to former pros, Fascia Stretch Therapy™ gives your body more range, more power, and more protection against the injuries that take you out of the game.
The Missing Piece in Your TrainingCardio and strength take priority. Stretching gets skipped.
FST is the piece most training plans leave out entirely, and it's often the difference between staying in the game and sitting out of it.
What Fascia Stretch Therapy™ Actually Does For Performance
FST increases your functional range of motion, which means more power, more explosiveness, and a faster, more adaptable body under stress. It speeds up recovery between sessions and games. And because your body can absorb more before it gets hurt, you're simply harder to injure.
Sessions can go two directions depending on what you need: calming and restorative between workouts and competitions, or activating and tuning up just before you compete.

100%! When you improve your mobility, you are stronger through a bigger range of motion. That can make you more powerful, more agile, more adaptable, and more resilient to injury. It helps restore your body to the state it’s meant to move in, with a relaxed nervous system, tissues at their natural length, circulation and lymph flowing freely, and peace of mind knowing you're taking care of yourself.

Yes, and Rachel prefers it that way! Whether it's conferencing with other professionals to coordinate training and recovery, or working with your team as a group to integrate FST principles into warm-up routines or post-game recovery, she’s happy to do it.
