If you're recovering from an injury, healing after surgery, or living with a condition that makes everyday movement hard, you don't need another quick fix or trendy remedy. You need a method proven to help you heal the way your body is designed. That’s where Fascia Stretch Therapy™ comes in.
You Don’t Have to Live In Pain
The Cycle You're Stuck InGuarding. Protecting. Bracing for pain before it even happens.
If you've tried everything and nothing has fully worked, you're not imagining it. Your body has learned patterns that are hard to undo on your own, and it's exhausting to keep searching for the thing that finally helps.
What Fascia Stretch Therapy™ Actually Does
Your body is held together by one connected web of tissue called fascia. When something's been injured, guarded, or held tight for a long time, that tension rarely stays in one spot. Fascia Stretch Therapy™ works gently and slowly, with your nervous system instead of against it, so your body never feels threatened. No forcing. No pain. Just space to finally let go.
"I had been struggling with hip pain for a few years and working with the chiropractor alone was not providing relief. Finally, after working with Rachel on stretching and specific exercises I am living pain-free! Her knowledge gained by years of training and experience is invaluable!"
— Miriam D.Sessions are gentle, one-on-one, and built entirely around what your body needs that day. In-studio and mobile options available.

FST is customized for each client, and everyone's body is different. A good rule of thumb is book your first 3 sessions in the first 3 to 6 weeks. After that, you'll probably be ready to space out your appointments to whatever frequency works best for you. Rachel offers individual sessions, package sessions and monthly memberships for all levels of client needs.

Absolutely! FST is a fabulous compliment to anything and everything you're doing to improve your functional movement and quality of life. And Rachel is always happy to talk with them to make sure we're all on the same page.
-
Absolutely. Rachel will give you personalized stretches that complement the work we do together and address what your body needs most. You’ll learn how to perform them using FST principles so you can confidently incorporate them into your routine.

Rachel prefers to have a doctor's clearance after you've sustained an injury or surgery. However, she can always work around the involved site so that the rest of your fascial system is benefiting from FST. And once you're cleared by your doctor and you're well into the healing process, FST is wonderful for minimizing scar tissue and restoring you to full range of motion.

One of the statements Rachel hears most from clients is, "I've tried everything and you're my last resort." All she would say is, “Give it a shot.” Once you feel the benefits of FST, the calming of your nervous system, the lengthening of your connective tissues, and the overall openness you feel in your body after a session, you'll know why clients say there's nothing that feels like FST.
